Scott’s practice concerns all aspects of Northeastern’s Labor Operations, including union matters, collective bargaining, contract administration and labor litigation, as well as employment counseling, litigation, dispute resolution and employee relations.
Prior to joining Northeastern Scott practiced law at Foley Hoag, LLP where he advised and represented employers in labor and employment matters, including practice in federal and state court, as well as before federal and state administrative agencies. Scott is a graduate of Loyola Law School, and also earned an M.S. in Labor Relations from the University of Massachusetts, and a B.A. from the University of Vermont in Political Science and History.
