The Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) represents Northeastern University as an institution.

On a case-by-case basis, attorneys in the Office advise and represent University employees who are acting within the scope of their University employment in matters concerning institutional business. The Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) does not represent employees in their personal/individual legal matters.
