Kelsey Montgomery joined the Office of General Counsel as Assistant General Counsel in May 2018. She practices in the areas of employment law, labor operations, and litigation.
Prior to joining Northeastern, Kelsey was an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP where she advised and represented employers in all manner of labor and employment matters in federal and state court and before government agencies. She also previously worked as an Associate at the boutique civil litigation firm Sugarman and Sugarman, P.C.
Kelsey is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
