Rob Leahy joined the Office of the General Counsel in August of 2016 as the Senior Research and Sponsored Programs Counsel. Rob focuses primarily on supporting faculty and staff on the broad range of issues related to conducting sponsored research at Northeastern.
Prior to joining Northeastern, Rob was with the law firm Baker Botts LLP and also spent eight years as an attorney with the U.S. Air Force (“USAF”), both on active duty in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and as a civilian attorney. Rob earned his B.A. in Psychology from Norwich University and his J.D. from Pepperdine University.
